Vancouver, BC., September 20, 2021 -- Nubeva Technologies Ltd. ("Nubeva" or the "Company") (TSX-V: NBVA, OTC: NBVAF), today announced that Ms. Juliet Jones has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company effective September 20, 2021. Nubeva has appointed Sheri Rempel as CFO and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Ms. Rempel has more than 30 years of accounting and financial management experience. Ms. Rempel started her career with public companies in 2001 and currently provides senior financial and advisory services to Canadian private and public corporations, acting in officer or controller capacities. Ms. Rempel’s firm, ARO Consulting Inc., has provided accounting and corporate services to Nubeva for almost four years and a smooth transition is expected.

The Corporation noted that Ms. Jones’ departure is not related to any issues or disagreements, including issues or disagreements regarding the Corporation’s financial disclosures or accounting policies and practices.
